We currently deliver products across India.

International shipping is not available at this time unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location, courier partner, and regional serviceability.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

Any additional charges for express, expedited, or special delivery requests must be borne by the customer.

5. Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

8. Changes to Shipping Address

Shipping address changes can be requested only before the order is dispatched.

Once the order is dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
